Terms and Conditions for Experience or Service Sales

By purchasing an experience or service offered by John Watling’s Distillery, Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purchase of Experience or Service
   • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in the Refund Policy below.
   • Completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   • Experiences and services are non-transferable unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
2. Experience Cancellation or Rescheduling
   • In the event that an experience is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances—including but not limited to inclement weather—a full refund will be issued.
   • John Watling’s Distillery, Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any experience at its sole discretion.
3. Refund Policy
   • Refunds are only available in the case of official cancellation by John Watling’s Distillery, Ltd.
   • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend at the scheduled time.
   • Refund requests may be submitted up to 14 days prior to the scheduled experience by emailing info@johnwatlings.com with valid proof of purchase.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the official cancellation or request.
4. Delivery of Experience Confirmation
   • Confirmation of your purchase will be sent electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
   • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address.
   • If confirmation is not received within 24 hours of purchase, please contact info@johnwatlings.com for assistance.
5. Entry Requirements
   • All participants must present valid proof of purchase—either printed or digital—upon arrival.
   • Entry may be denied to any individual who cannot present proof of purchase.
   • A government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation is required for verification.
6. Age Restrictions and Alcohol Consumption
   • The legal drinking age in The Bahamas is 18 years. Valid government-issued photo ID is required to consume alcoholic beverages.
   • Responsible alcohol consumption is expected. Service or entry may be refused to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
   • John Watling’s Distillery, Ltd. assumes no liability for any injuries, incidents, or damages resulting from the consumption of alcohol and/or food.
7. Experience Rules and Conduct
   • Participants must comply with all venue policies, including safety guidelines, restricted items, and standards of behavior.
   • John Watling’s Distillery, Ltd. reserves the right to remove any individual for misconduct, unsafe behavior, or failure to comply with rules—without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
   • Participation in any experience or service is at your own risk.
   • John Watling’s Distillery, Ltd. is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your visit.
9. Photography and Media Consent
   • By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used by John Watling’s Distillery, Ltd. for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation.
10. Modifications to Terms
    • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
    • Any updates will be communicated via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
