Ticket Purchase
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases outlined under the “Refund Policy” below.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
- In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (including weather conditions), the event will be rescheduled to the rain date of November 9, 2024.
- If the event cannot be held on either the original or rain date, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule the event or offer a refund as per the Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled.
- No refunds will be provided for ticket holders who are unable to attend the event on the rain date of November 9, 2024.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the official event cancellation notice.
Ticket Delivery
- Tickets will be delivered electronically via email to the address provided during the purchase process.
- It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and that they have access to the email account.

Parking
- Parking is the responsibility of the guest or the valet service, if utilized.
- Security will be provided in each designated parking lot; however, the organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or personal property while parked.
Entry Requirements
- All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry, either printed or displayed on a mobile device.
- The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any individual who cannot produce a valid ticket.
- Tickets must be presented along with a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket.
Age Restrictions and Alcohol Consumption
- The minimum drinking age for this event is 18 years old. Attendees must be ready to provide valid government-issued identification to consume alcoholic beverages.
- Excessive drinking is strongly discouraged. The organizers reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual who is visibly intoxicated or behaving inappropriately due to alcohol consumption.
- The organizers are not liable for any incidents, accidents, or injuries resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.

Photography and Media
- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
